Soul Time
Welcome to soul time. Soul time invites us to pause in the midst, of the busyness, of daily life. To take time to slow down and connect in a deeper way to ourselves, one another and the essence of the moment. Poetry, that trusty friend, has long been a way of connecting consciousness with the heart and of mirroring experience. It will companion us as we meditate and share whatever wants to be said. Soul Time can be, and is, offered as an ongoing group, or as a one off experience, say for a morning, afternoon or evening. Often it focuses on a given theme: being in transition, listening for the emergent, finding and following the heart, or whatever seems relevant for the group or time.
